Exactly what I wanted!
I just got the Retro Trip last night and I am very pleased. After owning a Hyperkin Retron 5 for the last 3 years I can say I like this a lot better. The biggest reason I like it better is the controllers were done really well and I have solid control. With the Retron 5 the controls were very loose and for those games where you need precise control you are in for a lot of frustration. Anyway I already love this player and my Retron 5 is going in the trash.

Good vs. Bad quality
It's a great system.. However, the way that the display of the game itself on the tv is poor quality.. I think the quality of the game would look better on an older tv not a newer flat screen tv.

Cheaply made, did not work
System did not work upon arrival. No picture, nothing. It is EXTREMELY light and cheap feeling, so I'm not surprised at the overall low quality. Returned it for a refund.
