This is a different shape than pictured more elongated, the colour is brown not a nice stone grey colour as pictured. There are tacky little fish glued to the bottom of dish making it hard to clean, these were not pictured. It is also very loud, overall very disappointing.

I waited for a month or more - it was delivered today (30/6/21) and after I set it up the motor does not work ! Fed up with the deliveries from the Far East as it takes forever to get a refund if ever. This will be returned today for a full refund and it was not a cheap one !! 😖😡 does not even deserve one star!

I’d give it a 5 star if it wernt for the little koi carp in the bowl section breaking. My cat broke the fins within minutes and tried to eat them, if I weren't there he would have choked. It says it’s for cats but I wouldn’t say it’s entirely suitable based on just this issue I’ve had. A word of advice would be to remove this decoration entirely for safety purposes-as nice as it looks, it’s just not something that should be on something labelled for cats. Other than that it’s a very nice product and does exactly what it is made to do.Also the Instructions are in another language in the box but are easy to follow.

I love this product as it looks classy on my window sill where my cats eat and drink.....it’s not as big as I expected, as I had presumed the measurements were in inches and they are cms (my fault!), but it does for my 2 cats (although they are small kitties!). The only other issue I had was that it looks more brow than black.......

Worked well although was difficult to position thentubing so the top part disnt sit properly. Unfortunately my kitten knocked into it and it smashed everywhere. Will go for a plastic one next time. But it was very pretty and worked as it should.

Putting together was not hard, but other than visual , there were no instructions ( only in Chinese) on where to put the filter, (I think I have it in the correct place ). how often to clean or change the filter, and what type of water to use. I use already filtered as this is what our cat prefers. Anyway HE LOVES it. Feet as well.

this is an absolute waste of money its constantly noisy and the filters get blocked very easy we actually used it for a week and now it's just in a cupboard doing nothing......save your money

Liked this water bowl very much with the continuous flowing water , cats birds and small dog appreciate as weather has been warm , also makes a nice ndoor feature ,very quiet
