Good vest for the buck
I'm 5'6 about 200 pounds and the size large fit me nice and snug. I always use hoodies when riding to hide my fat haha. This vest hides my fat and allows me to go out riding with shirts. I have that small protection on the torso that will save me from road rash in case of a small crash. I was imagining a thin vest cheaply made but when I took it out of the box it was heavy! Looks well made and two pockets outside and one inside the vest. The two exterior pockets can fit two soda cans each or one water bottle and a bit of space left. The interior pocket can fit one soda can and a bit of space left. You get ventilation on the sides where the straps are. The zipper is big and thick so you wont have to worry about it breaking. It's already nice but if you break it in I'm sure it will become even more comfortable. The only downside I see that I have seen other vests do is that the lining is fixed. In other vests I've seen you can unzip the lining and this helps mostly when you're getting the 3 MC patches on the back. When removing the lining you can put it on again after putting the patches and with this vest your lining will look all stitched up if you put patches. This doesnt apply to me so it doesnt matter for me. The lining looks great and gives it that Harley feel with the orange lines.

Really surprisingly good. Good Quality, good fit, and great comfort level.
It really is half the price at normal quality. The vest fits well, once you realize you have to order 2 sizes smaller than you normally would.I am normally a Medium/large and with this i am a snug Small. I fit into the small very comfortably.and it breathes really well considering when you wear it it feels almost tailor made. The fabric interior is very decent quality and the exterior surface holds well. The zipper doesn't snag at all for me and actually has a very smooth action. The Velcro Straps appear to be more for tightening if it is too big but it really doesnt do much if you need to let it out.Im 195 right now and will be slimming back down to a 165 range again, so i dont see an issue with the sizing at all as long as you realize if your in the 140 to 200 weight range @ around 5'4" to 5'10" you order a small.I would have paid 3x as much for an Icon, so this was well worth the money to me.

Wow. Just buy it. You WILL NOT be disappointed.
I gave this vest a shot. Harley has one right now that I almost purchased for about 250 (itās actually really nice). But Iām buying a little late in the season, getting cold already (NY/NJ), so I thought Iād just shop around. 80 bucks! My expectations were low but when I received this in the mail.... Iāll admit, it exceeded on quality, weight, and look. Iām 5ā8, 180, in shape, and I got a medium (Iām a size 42 in suit jackets). The straps expand enough to fit a riding jacket and/or hoodie, easily. I also know I can wear this in the summer with a T-shirt under, and just adjust side straps. The brand is True Element, tag says made in Pakistan. 80 something bucks, you WONT find a better bang for the buck. If you do, let me know. Iām big on fit and Iām glad I didnāt get a Large (my t-shirt size). Two inside pockets , two outside pockets, and the zippers feel like good quality.

Good value, size is right on if you measure
For sizing - this runs true to size if you read the directions. I'm 5'10, 200 pounds. Unclothed my chest is 44" measured with tape. My unclothed waist at the widest point is 38" measured with tape. I wear a large T-shirt and 36" pants. I do not plan on wearing this over a jacket, so I bought a large and it fits my chest perfect over a normal tee or button down shirt. The waist of this vest has elastic side panels, and they also fit perfect. The side adjusting straps are too long. There are three 2" wide nylon web adjustment straps per side. They tighten with Velcro. At my waist size, they are all about 4" too long. So - I will cut them, buy some Velcro, and sew on the Velcro at the shorter length. Not that big a deal.If you were to buy for wearing over a jacket, you should measure your chest over the jacket. This should give you an accurate gauge of the size you need.Quality wise - this is very good for the money. It's not designer stitching quality, but the leather is nice and the vest is comfortable. Fully zipped and buttoned, it rides a little high on the neck on me.

Good price, comfy fit, odd sizing
Initially, I bought a medium from another website (different maker, too). While it fit my belly fine, I found that the chest was too loose.I wear a 42" suit coat, which generally equates to a 'Large; in shirts and such. But even a medium vest felt too loose. (The belly was snug)I wanted a nice, tight fit, as I rode the motorcycle. I ended up buying the small, and I feel like I was poured into it (which is what I wanted). The chest is now snug; If I continue to get fatter, I can let out the belly area with the velcro straps on the sides.I think the design is awesome; Because of that, elements such as leather quality or workmanship or anything else may be overlooked, simply because I love the design. However, I am very pleased when I touch or hold it, zip it up, or show it to someone else. I have had bad leather coats before, and this heavy feeling material feels nothing like those.Excellent~!

Too big.
I'm going to have to sell it on a resale site because its massive. I can't return it so it makes me upset.

Beautiful, well made, little big
Quality is excellent, smells great. I've received quite a few compliments and I haven't had it more than a week.Sizing...I ordered a large per other comments. Probably should have gotten a medium. I'm 6 foot, 200lbs, athletic build. The straps will only tighten down so far, they are designed more specifically to make it larger so if you do order it to wear all the time go a size small. You can wear it snug enough to ride with just a t-shirt or let the straps out and wear a jacket or two under it comfortably. The straps are elastic as well. If you enjoy a lot of beer and have a stomach to match maybe grab your normal size, otherwise go smaller.

Great vest
Vest sizing is true to size. I wear 2x jackets so I ordered the vest in 2x. Nice thick leather with lots of hidden pockets. The adjustable straps are long, so you can adjust up or down in size.
