Guys beaware with this product...they dont clarify the product manufacturing date and manufacturing name and on the another hand this flour is not baking bread this is a normal wheat flour we use to make for chapatis... the hydration of flour is 0... performance zero..0 baking consistency 0... i am baker since 5 years in my entire life i have never seen brand just selling normal wheat flour under the name of t55 bread flour... beaware it is not for bread
