I used this to get hydrated after food poisoning and it really helped. Tasted fine and you can always add more water. If you are using for food poisoning, i would recommend getting a box of 10-12 packets.

Great for dehydration

I love how easy these are to use. I like to lift and hydration is important in muscle growth. This also helps with performance. I feel hydrated afterwards and they taste great. I have a couple child athletes and we generally use liquid IVs, I saw these and wanted to give them a try. The kids loved the flavor and said they seemed just like liquid IVs only downfall is the price comparison.

Hands down best flavor. Keep them on me as to go options for quick refresh when I’m not feeling great due to travel or sickness. Not too sweet or too overpowering.
