Ego maker is a great product with a company who has been in business over 60 years.

As a DIY detailer, one thing I've noticed over the last few years is the proliferation of SiO2 ("ceramic") into seemingly every detailing product.When it comes to polish, this creates a quandry: when polishing a vehicle, if the polish contains SiO2, any coating you apply after polishing may not bond properly. The only way to effectively remove a ceramic product is....mechanical polishing.Thankfully, Ego Maker Compound is just a polishing compound, with no added ingredients! As compounds go it's one of the best. Very consistent particulate size, so it creates an even surface finish without large marring or defects. I would rate this as an effective polish for light to moderate paint defects.It's not dustless, but what's left behind isn't offensive, and easy enough to remove.This is a great first step for a multi-stage correction, followed up with a finishing polish, or if you use a less aggressive pad and the paint is in good condition, you could follow this up with a wax or coating.Another professional grade product from P&S, this met my expectations thorougly.

I used this after I cut with the new ballistic compound and it works great.

Worked good but I was hoping it would be AMAZING. Not to say that it’s not because my truck is a 2005 so maybe the black paint is just scratched a bit
