Very good but not perfect
This is an exceptionally sturdy and well made bag. It is fantastic for carrying heavy things (like the 12 pints of milk I bring up the hill to home), it doesn't tip. However, I am 5ft 2 and the handle isn't log enough which means I keep hitting my heals on it and risking it tripping me up. The bag needs about two more inches in height so that the handle, which disappears inside can be that little bit longer to clear the walking gait. Additionally, due to its sturdy nature the bag is heavy. So it's only something you would take out if you knew for sure you would be using the wheels, it's not an everyday shopper that has a handy accessory.

Armchair purchase is good !!!
I love it could be a little wider but it suits my needs. Very happy with my choice very good to take on public transport.
