This dragon arrived in one piece, which I definitely appreciate. I bought this as a gift for my step-mother-in-law's birthday, but I'm a little concerned she won't like it because it does not look like the picture.As others have stated, it is indeed a darker icy blue with highlights of purple, not white. It still looks like an ice dragon and it's still pretty, but it's just not very close to the picture, which is prettier.The ice that the dragon is standing on is lovely at least. However, the paint job is also very sloppy. There's a lot of pretty obvious inconsistencies on mine, especially on the claws - there is not a single claw that is painted all the way black or even close, really, and a good amount of parts of the dragon are white from the base where it shouldn't be because the paint job seems to have not been finished. There's weird splotchy parts of black where the claws should be on the base too.Finally, onto the figurine itself. It's very similar to the picture and is a lovely pose. The only problem, unfortunately, is the face. Mine doesn't have teeth that are anywhere near the picture; they're hardly noticeable and there's no sharp fangs/canines/teeth that make it look like a badass dragon. Also, the eyes suffered from sloppy paint job in mine, making one eye look good but the other one is bigger than it should be, making it look, well, derpy is the best word I can think of.I apologize for being so nitpicky here, but I'm just disappointed in some of the finer details of this dragon that I feel would have been easy to catch and fix. Unfortunately I don't have time to exchange it or attempt to fix it myself. For what I paid, I expected a little better quality. I must have been unlucky and gotten a not-so-good one considering the other reviews.TL;DR: Paint job is sloppy in parts, color isn't the same as picture as it's a darker blue, figurine's face is a little off, but the base is beautiful and the pose of the figurine is lovely. The paint job, when it's not bleeding onto parts that it shouldn't be on and looking unfinished, is still overall nice.

The item is very detailed for the size.

The box packing, it had been opened. Foam insert taping was cut open, and broken in some places. The item was there undamaged. The art work detail was disappointing, around face, pictures online looked more detailed. Overall was good, with a good price. I bought this as a gift. I hope it will be a great gift.

This was a gift for my daughter to give her dad for Christmas. She is 13 and picked it out herself. She said it was exactly what she hoped it would be.

Maybe not in price but cheap looking. Not well detailed. Was very disappointed

Adorable figurine! Nicely made, well boxed and packaged, nice detail work. A sweet, welcoming side of these wonderful mythical creatures. Came in in perfect condition, nice gift for dragon lover and well priced.

Very pretty dragon...arrived in one piece (they don't always, so this is important), and the details are very good. Not too scary-looking, which is something I try to look for - no skulls, evil looks in the face, etc. This one joined my daughter's collection and sits in a place of honor with some of her other faves. It was a good gift to buy!
