These paper liners are very nice. A parchment paper for the air fryer . It keeps things from sticking to the basket , and that is what I wanted them for , plus it protects the non stick finish , so I think it is worth it to use these.

I recently bought a 3.7L air fryer for myself and a 2.7L air fryer for my sister, and we love them! We both noticed that some foods are best when cooked in a single layer. This set of accessories is the answer! The wire platform allows two layers to cook at once, so we can double the number of pastries or potato wedges etc. cooked at a time! That’s especially good for potatoes, which take 30 minutes. I also like the cooking papers which will make cleanup easier, and i am eager to try the taco crisper and pizza pan! There’s more too. So much to fry, so little time!Slight update: I learned there is a heating coil on the top inside the cooking chamber. So, here’s the embarassing part, dont put the cooking paper on top of the food because the fan will push it up against the heating coil and burn it a bit! (I had some reason that i cant recall to put it on top...) i just pulled the paper out without any cleanup needed. Anyway, that also means that you should not stack things too high on one of the second layer racks, or it could touch that burner. I wouldn’t have felt as dumb learning about it that way, but i guess there would have been a messy cleanup. Sheesh.Oh, also, i used one of these racks to make two layers of potato wages! Given that the wedges take about 30 min, it was a wonderful way to double the amount i could cook in one go! While i am being so smart (now), remember to use the tongs in this set or the little red holders to pick up the rack. It gets very hot! And it is a mistake i didnt make!!!

I think this set is going to work very well for me and my new air fryer. The pans are 7" wide, so they fit neatly. All the pieces are very usable, and I am already trying the simple recipes in the cook book. I am happy with this set and have only good things to say about it.
