My kids use this flavor for their sports and just general hydration needs. Its a light, nice flavor. Better than the bottle sports drink because you can control the intensity and sweetness. AND...this little bottle goes a lot further!!

I have found that there are a lot of store brands with like flavors. These are about twice the cost for the OZ that you can get in the store. Its convent that I get it delivered but if I can get at a store I will in the future the price is just not worth the difference to me.

I LOVE MIO! With that said, I was hoping that this one would be as good as the others I have used for years. It was not. I want a MIO flavor that also replenishes electrolytes. The blue flavor is okay but, it's SO WEAK that you almost have to use a third of the bottle to get the taste. This I don't understand because all of the other flavors are strong and sometimes I have to add more water to weaken it when I think I want it stronger (haha). This is the first one I have found like this. So, if you like weak flavors this one is for you. It's not worth the money. That's my opinion!

This has a great flavor ! Great for hydration! Easy to use ! Great for in the go.

Love the MiO flavorings. But they are a little pricey. A MiO addiction can be especially pricey if you drink a lot of water.
