EDIT: The Alexa Skill is working again! The skill had stopped working a couple months ago for everyone, but looks like the issue was fixed. I'm so happy to have it working again! I have updated my review:These are great garage door openers, SUPER QUIET and very simple to install if you're handy. I did each one in an afternoon, and that was me taking my time to fix other things and route the wires through my joists. If you don't need to do any work to the garage these could be set up in an hour or so each. I did a huge amount of research and these are an incredible vale with zero subscription to use the Alexa skill or app. I have two of them, and other than the Alexa skill not working for a couple months they've been really nice to have. Some notable things:- The wall stations are a bit sensitive, if you over-tighten them to the wall it can bend the circuit board to and cause the door to open accidentally if you press the wrong button (light the light), or won't depress the button (causing it to open accidentally in the future). Once I had them properly secured I have had zero issues.- Be sure you measure your garage door height, as you may need to purchase the extension bracket if your door is more than 7' tall like mine are.- Make sure your garage door has a proper brackets/frame to handle the pressures a door opener exerts. Mine were lacking those extra supports. Check with your garage door manufacturer to see if your door is set up to handle the additional stresses and order the additional parts.- The Alexa skill is not the most intuitive skill, but gets the job done. For example I need to ask Alexa to open the 'Car Door' as I have a smart lock on my actual garage entry door and it can get confused. This might be Amazon's fault though.- The iOS app is fine and reliable, although it can be a little difficult to set up - nothing crazy though. The door worked fine through the Mighty Mule iOS app while the Alexa skill was down.Overall I would definitely purchase this product again.

I just finished installing this opener over the weekend.Some thoughts:Yes, it is quiet!Install was fairly standard.I have 8ft doors and had to buy the extra mounting part in order to install. I had to buy it from another site; it was not available on amazon. Even with it, I am not able to get the door as high as I am with my Chamberlain chain drives that are on the other doors. It is OK, but technically it could go a little higher to give me more clearance, but I can't because I run out of track on the opener. I'm using almost all the track at the down setting too, so I think it is just the way it is.Connecting the wifi was a royal pain. I have an iphone running ios 14 and you follow the prompts in the app. The way the app is programmed there are two times where you have to just "wait" for the app to notice that you are trying to pair. There is not a button at this point to tell it to go to the next step, and this is an oversight. Regardless, I could get the wifi to sync to my SSID (green wifi light on the wall button unit), but the app said it was unable to do the last step of adding the door to my account. After several tries (including trying to turn off 5GHz and only having 2.4 GHz active) it was still not working and failing at this same spot in the app. My solution was to pull out an older iphone that was running ios 12 and try to pair using it. It was able to complete the process, so I'm speculating that there is an issue at that pairing step in IOS 14.Regardless, once paired and added, I could control the door from the app using either the new or the old phone.The bundle does not come with a keypad (FM137), so you may need to add that to your purchase. No surprise, but it won't pair to a chamberlain keypad.And that is what I know at this point.

I haven't used the app yet, but man, what a big reduction in noise compared to my old chain drive system. Just a note that you can't use the old safety eyes (sensors). Cut the wires to the old ones and splice in the new ones so you don't have to run all new wire from the unit to the sensors.

Garage door does not open fully and closes without pressing close button. Tried to reprogram motor to no avail. Not happy with this unit

The opener is functioning as it should, however the app remote works with delay or not at all.

Super quiet and install was fairly easy

I’m pleased with the standard opener functionality. Very quiet operation. The geofence feature has not worked for me. After repeatedly adjusting settings it will close automatically but has never successfully opened. App notification tells you it’s opening but the physical door remains closed. Out solution has been to just use it as it is. Ultimately I’d buy it again as I see it as a fair value for the price paid.

Very nice garage door opener., but I Just purchased. This in Particular. Because it works with alexa. Now this door opener says it works. And is sold on amazon USA. And Amazon Canada. But it does not have the Mighty mule app on available in the alexa app USA only. But the App is not available in Canada. This is sad. I bough it off Amazon USA. As it was cheaper then buying it off Amazon Canada.
