I purchased this trimmer to use on my face. It is highly effective. It trims facial hair very well. There are two settings, one is high and one is medium.I haven't had any rashes or redness on my skin when using this to trim my hair.I purchased another trimmer to use. HOWEVER, the second trimmer I purchased is very different. It is harsh on my skin and gives me redness and rashes.Even when I use the first setting (medium) it's very harsh compared to the first trimmer I purchased.I used the second trimmer today before 11am and after 6pm after a shower, my skin is red and itchy. Compared to the first trimmer, it doesn't give me any rashes. I can even apply makeup after trimming but not with the second trimmer.

This trimmer is a smaller size but big on performance, great to trim anywhere on the body quickly.I even did all my husband's head with it ,he was surprised how well it did it.His shaver wasn't charging so I said about trying this,now I use this to do it as can do it when the hair is really short .It's such a good price as well
