Pip and Posy: The Little Puddle Hardcover – Picture Book, December 27, 2011

I was happy to have found a book about the "puddle" every little one sees during potty training... the book has cute illustrations and is good 2/3 of the way through. The final 1/3 is garbage and led me to return it, as it ended by putting a male character into a female dress. The entire ending was just odd and insidious grooming material in children's literature. So unnecessary.... I'm sure a more neutral clothing option existed for that little boy. I remember when my little boy cousins would end up sleeping over our house last-minute, my mom would put him in one of her neutral t-shirts that ended up serving as a very long shirt on him. Where there's a will, there's a way. There is no reason other than the insidious grooming of young minds towards normalizing confusion and perversion in our society. So disappointing.

My 4- and 6-year-olds still love this book and the children to whom I read the book at preschool love it too. Over and over and over. The illustrations are bright and fun, the story is one to which children can relate. Who doesn't like to keep playing? It's easy to forget to get to the potty in time.

Pip and posy are best friends who deal with the big issues of toddler life in a way that is both reassuring and successful.

The author absolutely understands the mind of a 2 year old. With simple vocabulary Pip and Posey show how to be good, kind and accepting friends. My grandson loves this series!

Pip And Posey are the favorite books of my 2.5 year old granddaughter.

Ello a Pip que no se preoccupe despues Posys accidente. Pip y Posy fueron divertidos porque jugaron juegos divertiodos. Me gustaba cuando ellos pintaban porque me encantaba pintar. No me gustaba cuando jugamos con trens porque en mis experiencias eran muy abburidos. Finalmente, me gustaba cuando Pip tuvo un accidente porque era muy comica.

My 2.5 year old really likes it and I think it helps support the message that accidents are "ok" during potty training.

Granddaughter loves all the Pip and Posy books!

A wonderful story ruined by a page of the book ripped in half. On receiving the book "Pip and Posy:The Little Puddle" I immediately started to read the book with my 3 year old granddaughter which she was enjoying immensely. On reaching the exciting most important part of the story we were shocked to find the page ripped in half. She was so disappointed. Obviously the pages are not checked and I would not not expect this from a book rated Good Condition. A truly disappointing experience.

Bought for my two years old. Lovely book with great images and a nice story.

I bought this for my 2yr old as we are about to start toilet training.It's a nice story and my son has other Pip and Posy books which he loves.Nice illustrations and the wording isn't too negative towards the puddle on the floor.

My youngest granddaughter discovered this book at the library aged one, and loves it so much I eventually had to buy it. A typical series of events handled with such gentle humour, and I am looking forward to meeting these marvellous characters Pip and Posy in other little adventures.
