Memory Company Chicago Cubs 15oz Black Ceramic Coffee Mug

I washed this for the first time today. And as I was washing dishes the decal was just floating around I tried to put it back on but it would RIP and tear as I tried to fix it. I don't know if I have ever bought a coffee cup where the decal just comes off.. it's like they just put a window cling on decal on the cup...now it's just a black plain coffee cup..how do we fix this problem..this is by far the worst product that I have ever bought on line..if you have a negative star review then this would be a negative five star review

After hand washing the mug the paint peeled off.

Cubs Logo came off cup almost instantly.
