Short and to the point
This book provides a good outline of contract management. If you want explanations with side stories to drive home the concepts, however, this book may not be for you. I definitely think it was worth my time and money, since I have little formal training and wanted a concise overview of the subject.

The book was concise and suitable for newbies to the contracting world. It is highly recommended if needing to get your feet wet fast.

A good quick reference. I used it as reminder of the contract issues I already knew. It is a good starting point for a beginner also.

Short, light and straightforward. It does not provide all the answers but will provide a good starting point with some good basics.

Great advice
I get involved in a very broad range of activities in my role as Head of Operations in an SME business, contracts being one So having access to valuable advice, hints and tips on this topic has been really useful. I really like this bite sized series

More of a nibble than a bite
About 6 months ago I took on some contract management responsibilities, I thought this book might be useful, and had I read it 6 months ago it might have been more so. It is a very thin book, 30 pages with a lot of focus on reading the contract document and only 10 pages on actually managing the contract. Nothing wrong with the advice per se but its quite superficial, and I'm sure could be gleaned from articles to be found online.

A great short read
This nicely structures the need to knows of contracts and what’s normally contained within them. It’s a good brief short read.
