This is exactly what I needed as I had arm lipo 3 months ago and the compression garment my surgeon gave me had become looser with time. This product is very comfortable and doesn’t ride up on me. Good compression on the sleeves and gives a seamless look. On me the sleeves are full length but I do have shorter arms. I sized down to a small as that was the size garment my surgeon gave me and am glad I did as I need the extra compression.

The sleeves didn't perform well for what I need and the irritated me in the armpit area. It looked good and the sleeves are a good length. This product just wasn't what I need.

Great on the arms bottom rides up and rolled should have brought a longer product.

I am 250lbs 5’3 I ordered a large and fill like I could have went a size smaller. But the large I have is working just find I do feel the compression it’s good but I know maybe in a couple of months I will need another one when my arms go down. But I’m very satisfied with my purchase. It’s a WIN for me.

I like the product it's so the sleeves did exactly what I thought they would do which was to compress the excess skin on my arms. I used it after bariatric surgery and 50 lb weight loss. I will probably buy another one as I get smaller. My only problem was the back of the vest rose high up on the nape of my neck and would rub my neck sore. I am a seamstress so I was able to lower the back neck line to make it more comfy.

Really great compression. I am buying this to generally shrink my arms. I am 5”6 and 170 and I bought the medium. Almost wish I would have bought the small. The sizing is generous. It is tight but comfortable. I took one star off because the strap across the front was a tad too big. Otherwise it is fantastic. It did have a bit of a chemical order but it quickly went away after airing out.

I would love to give this product 5 stars - so far it is the best compression top I have found and I would highly recommend it. Unfortunately, I tried to order this once and it said it was delivered, but I never received it. (Still trying to decide what to do about that and if it is worth it to try to file a claim - since I have been lucky to not have ever had this happen before with my orders.) Then, I ordered a second one and it did arrive, but was missing the chest strap, which made me wonder if it was a repackaged open item.
