completely underwater proof !
these are the best and I have bought most of the other types. most sellers that advertise "underwater proof" sell you a led strip in a clear rubber sleeve. These are molded (or encapsulated) into the center of a clear flexible rubber coating that completely wraps the led strip equally on all 4 sides, it's easy to be fooled by the others pictures and descriptions, I had to buy each to find out. the only downside is there is no sticky tape on the back of these, but I mount them with 3m tape or in 1/2" aluminum C channel. ..
