Revived my 40-year old Welch Allyn otoscope
After literally decades of non-use, I tried to use my Welch-Allyn oto-/ophthalmoscope, but found it couldn't be charged. Turns out the old battery leaked. After cleaning up the corrosion, I thought to try to revive this instrument by trying these batteries. They fit and it works again... 40 years later!

These work perfectly
I have hung onto a Welch Allen otoscope for years even though the battery had worn out. I had the set before Amazon and the internet existed and couldn’t find replacement batteries (early 80s). I was deep cleaning and found the old set and checked to see if I could find a battery on Amazon. Took a chance and ordered these. They fit and work perfectly. I now have a working set. I am amazed.

Got warm but never worked
Charged both batteries and they felt warm as they were charging but when it came time to use it, neither batteries worked. Terrible!
