Great Information and references!

I found this book to be a great reference book for work. It is a great resource for anyone going into the Human Resources field or just used in your daily work. It has really helped in my day to day work. I keep several different HR resources at work for reference and the SHRM guide is very helpful.

I use this often and have found inconsistencies with HR consulting firms that go against policies I’ve learned and know to be true because of this book and additional research to back it up. Hands down the best HR book I know. I take it to work with me daily.

This provides a good conscise overview of a lot of topics. If you need to delve deep into a legal issue, it's a nice place to start to get an understanding, but you'll have to go elsewhere to really get into the nitty gritty. As someone new to employment law issues, it has been a great reference to gain base knowledge at a high level.
