I purchased 40 pieces and two days later was informed that invitations had a plus one so I needed 40 more.I immediately ordered the additional ones only to fine they had jumped the price by 40 bucks for my second order!!I contacted Amazon and they gave me Windy City phone number but rep that I spoke with said she would transfer me to team that worked with Amazon. I left two messages and no one ever called back.I should return them all but party is next week so I don’t have time to start over with another company!I’m very disappointed but it looks like they aren’t willing to even talk to me about it.So even though the product is good there is lack of concern on Windy City’s customer service team.

Gave these out to everyone at our Christmas party. A huge hit. All worked well. The bulbs are large, almost the size of old size bulbs grandma had on her house. Several modes were fun.

These light up Christmas necklaces were exactly what I wanted. Out of 20, 3 did not work but all you have to do is unscrew the battery compartment and change the batteries. Each necklace takes 2 CR2032 batteries. The 3 that didn’t work initially were as good as new once I changed the batteries. If you order these, I recommend ordering a few of the batteries separately as well. I always keep these on hand but if you don’t, I suggest ordering them so you’ll have them in case you get any with dead batteries. These are great! I highly recommend.

I really need these for my daughters "Christmas In July" Bridal Shower! If that weren't the case, I would have regretfully returned them! 2 have wires not connected to the switch & 2 are not in the shape of a necklace, just a straight line! Thankfully I do not need all of them! However, that doesn't negate the disappointment & paying for more than I was actually able to use! The ones that worked, were very nice!

I ordered this product for 20 students and all of the sets of lights worked except for one set. So 19 out of 20 sets of lights worked accurately without any problems! That's the only reason why my rating isn't 5 stars! Room for improvement! "When you know better, you do better!"

Wonderful. Perfect for big family Christmas celebration. They all lit up and were bright!!

These were such a great Hit at our Christmas Eve party. Gave one to everybody and they had six different settings. So everyone could pick what setting they wanted. Well made and such a deal around $2 each. Came with the batteries and arrived on time.
