Instructions could be easier but if you have common sense then its easy. Very well packaged with optional accessories to fit your need. Well constructed and heavy, solid steel and rollers. No wobbles or gaps. Make sure you tighten the door stops tight, the Allen Key is not the best so use a good one.

Very good , on time but customers should know that hanger is not 1 continous piece.

Update: The customer service with this company has been wonderful. They have been responsive, understanding, and willing to take constructive criticism. They are going to revert back to the old style. Old style was 10x better in our opinion, don't fix something that isn't broken. Customer service has been quick to respond and update me with information.Still believe the new design sucks, but glad to hear they are going back to the old design!I do not like the new design for the 6ft barndoorhardware. I ordered the original hardware 5 years ago and that was 10x better. We made the new design work and had to adjust a lot, but overall made it work for what we needed without returning it. I do not like it nearly as much as the old and will not buy again unless they go back to the original product. I was extremely disappointed to find out it was different and no where in the title or pictures did it have that it was a new design. They do have it in the details, but that was my fault for not reading that part because I just figured it was the same from the one I bought before. I did contact customer service through amazon to let them know of my disappointment and just appreciated my concerns and will bring them up in future meetings.-New design has 5 different parts for the bars, original was just two bars. much sturdier-New design needed to connect all 5 bars together with spacers and nuts and when connecting the nuts they did not get tight enough so the bar was very wobbly and while tightening it, it scrapes the varnish/paint stuff off. old design did not have the nuts you just connect once you put up the first bar and just screw the bolt it. much much easier to do, especially if doing on your own.-new design does not allow enough room at the end of the bar to add the stoppers easily. There is a bolt/hole right at the end. The old design they had at least 6 inches of space from the bolt to give you adequate room to adjust the stopper without having to remove spacer to put on other side.-new design not as thick of bar, old design bar was thickerOverall, did not like new design, but we made it work. Should also point out we were installing the new one next to the old design, so the look isn't the same either. Just disappointed

I have not had a chance to install it yet because I have not built the door yet however by looking at it I can assure you it's going to work perfect

I am really happy with this sliding rail set. I made my own custom door. While I did not weigh the door, it probably weighs around 100 pounds and this set seems to be well sturdy enough for it. I had a 42 in wide door for a 39 inch opening, and I chose this 96 in (8 ft) rail. I probably could have gone with a 7 ft rail, but I dont mind the extra railing. The door I made is 2.5 inches thick, which is much thicker than the max recommended thickness. I was able to make it work with buying longer hardware and cutting some of the thickness from the top on the back side so the door wouldn't scrape the trim piece mounted to the wall, but I would not recommend going thicker than the max 1.75 inch thickness. The installation instructions say to use a solid wood back plate to mount the rail on, which fixes the 20 inch hole spacing complaints other reviews had. I also found the issue other reviews talked about for the top hole for the door hanger mounts NOT being 1.4 inches as shown in the instructions. I think I ended up using 1.75 inches, which is what another review had recommend, which worked well.I like the keyed center seam, which works really well. The hangers roll very quietly and smoothly. The rail stops have little rubber bumpers that quietly stop the door. I didn't like the base piece, so I purchased a roller piece for the base. Nothing wrong with it, I just liked the roller look at the base.I feel like it is a nice looking rail set that works really well. I would definitely purchase it again.
