Danchee Trail Hunter PRO 1/12 Scale Electric Rock Crawler Includes Rechargeable Battery & Charger

I bought 2 of these for my kids for Christmas. They are great little RC trucks. Amazing 4x4 climbing with surprising traction and articulation. They have been a ton of fun for the whole family. Batteries have surprisingly long run times, and there are ample spare parts available on the Red Cat website if something breaks or you want to upgrade. Very pleased with this purchase.

Bought two cars for my boys for Xmas. After 4 months of driving / abuse they have held up very well! The batteries last a Decent amount of time for an 800 mah Nimh battery. It has proportional steering and throttle which is nice but still has a toy feel to them versus being more hobby grade. Wheels are held on by screws rather than by a wheel nut. Tires are super soft and grippy. Overall pretty good little crawlers for first timers. Fun for adults too.

Great truck for the price and very durable however I had to give it a 2 star rating because the company that makes this vehicle,’Redcat Racing’ advertise replacement parts for it but no longer carry the parts. The truck isn’t even on their website let alone the parts. My rear motor burnt out (a simple replacement) but I can’t find a replacement! Thanks Redcat Racing!

These are awesome for the price. Good trainers for the kids. Not too fast , but faster than my everest 10. Good in grass, and awesome for rock crawling. I bought some newbright crawlers and returned them after a week 3 0f 5 were broken. No parts are available from newbright. The trail hunters have proportional steering and throttle, rechargable batterys, and best of all replacable parts from redcat racing.

Just got it today for grandson, he played with it for about 10 minutes. then the car stopped moving. I tried turning it on and off. I tried replacing the batteries in the remote, then I thought maybe the battery must have ran down. So I charged it again for about 3 and a half hours.Still not working I tried to contact the seller, he has not replied back. I read it's not eligible for a return, maybe because of battery or something? I hope I will be able to return for a refund because I just wastedmy money

This thing is great for a budget crawler. Proportional steering and throttle. The battery lasts probably 20 25 minutes. Long enough for me kids attention span anyway. Would buy another if they ever come back in stock.

Works great for my son to learn the hobby. Battery leaves a lot to be desired.

Spent a lot more on previous rc cars from places like Target, Walmart, ToysRUs but this thing goes over almost everything and it is very durable. battery only last 15 min so may wanna get additional batteries. Great rc car for the price!!!!
