Arrived on time and well packaged. Replaced a 600 mm standard radiator which was rusty.Took opportunity to fit electric element to keep towel rail hot when heating not on. Looks really good in bathroom, and very pleased with quality of product for a reasonable price.

I bought this to replace a conventional radiator in our en-suite. I'm using it in a hot water central heating system but it can just as easily be used as an electric towel rail by fitting an optional heating element instead of the central heating pipework. As it replaced an existing radiator the pipework was already there with a thermostat, so these have been retained. It throws out plenty of heat so I'm glad I kept the thermostat. I've got it set to 3 at the moment and that's currently ample to dry the towels and heat the en-suite.

Very nice bit of kit. Looks really nice when fitted, but you’ll need 2 people to fit it, coz its heavy. One thing you’ll have to be careful of when you put the heating on, the towel rail does get really hot, so, if you have young kids, or adults that don’t listen when you tell them to be careful coz the towel rail gets really hot, they will get burned if they touch it. The price one pays for warm towels.

Surprised at the build quality until you get the wall fittings that are thin plastic and creak when the radiator heats up!

I bought this for a small cloakroom as I only needed something that would 1) warm up the room 2) hold a small towel. This does both. It is so tiny (probably the smallest you will find in the market) but looks good and does the job. I have had it for over a year and I am delighted with its performance and the excellent value for money.
