NO Option for Arduino Sketch Uploading!
These things work FANTASTIC as straight serial to USB devices and when you plug in an ESP8266, you have full access to its AT commands etc, but the board offers no option to put the ESP8266 into programming mode so that you can upload Arduino sketches... I was in a hurry when I bought it, so I forgot to check for that ability and now I have to buy something else. So just a heads up on that!

NOT WHAT YOU WANT TO BUY
Simply based on the super misleading description of this item I am giving it a major FAIL.First of all, it will never program your ESP-01 out of the box the way you EXPECT based on the desription.Second, it will probably fail to work even after you mess around with jumper wires or soldering hacks.This is NOT plug and play. That's why your here, don't buy it!
