I take Bromelain for my inflammation and paid and it helps me a lot as long as I take it consistently. I consider it more effective than pain meds. As far as I can tell it has no oder. I think Now brand supplements are some of the best quality you can buy. These don't affect my appetite at all or have any side effects and are easy to swallow. These are also some of the best strength you can get as far as Bromelain goes.

I bought this because I’d been battling PLC for about 6 years and finally came across a Reddit thread talking about how a study found Bromelain to be effective at helping heal PLC. Mind you, this is my own personal experience and not medical advice- I took two pills per day and saw significant improvement in the look of my skin. It didn’t resolve entirely, but it did help me understand that if I want to have any hope of this going away then it really is my gut health that I need to focus on. There was no weird taste or smell, I didn’t have any issues with digesting it, if anything it supported digestion which is something I’ve struggled with since having my gallbladder out in 2012. In my experience this is a high quality product and is a great value for the money. I will be getting this again as I overhaul my diet.

What in the world kind of voodoo magic is this?! I’m pretty bummed that I’m turning 61 this week, and just discovered this supplement. I found it doing research for my lung/mucous issues that I have suffered my entire life, with very little to help me. Was getting worse with age. Anyway, I noticed thinner mucous in 24 hours…ONE PILL! I’m now 3 weeks in and I barely cough up mucous, but when I do, it’s significantly less and much less sticky/thick. So expectorates easily. I am a retired nurse…so forgive the gross details…but I want others who suffer to be able to relate. Oh….but I am not done! I also suffer from scalp issues. I’m beginning to put 2 and 2 together to conclude that it’s been the mucous that has played a part in that problem, because my scalp is significantly improved! I also suffer from hip pain and that has improved. I hope this review is helpful to so many!!!

OMG.. I’ve have brachial plexus, excruciating pain for 8 months. I don’t know if I’m willing this to work from the reviews, but honestly it has calmed my pain. Great my digestive track.. week 1 miracle pill to me. I pray it continues worth the money, swallows easy, no smell, no upset stomach .. I’m hooked

Recommended by my doctor after surgery, really amazing results, especially for bruising. Caveat: check with your doctor first, people on certain medications especially those that act as blood thinners need supervision on dosage!
