- 100% Cotton – Kakaos Yoga Pranayama yoga bolsters are filled with 100% clean cotton (No Foams, Plastics or batting are used) in its own zippered cotton lining. The durable cotton cover can easily be removed and machine washed and line dried.
- Adjustable – Like all Kakaos Yoga bolsters, each bolster can easily be adjusted to fit your support needs. Just remove cover and remove cotton from the zippered inner lining and replace cover.
- Bolster Size – Pranayama measure 25 inches long by 5.5 inches wide and 3 inches in height (25” x 5.5” x 3”). These bolsters are a smaller version of the normal standard size yoga bolster.

The Pranayama bolster is designed specifically for Pranayama breathing exercise. The Pranayama yoga bolster is a long, narrow bolster; it provides perfect support for deeper breathing, but can be used in many other yoga postures. This bolster is placed under the length of the spine to promote expansion of the lungs for deeper breathing. You will find that they are firm to provide full support, yet soft enough to be quite comfortable. The bolsters are stuffed with 100% clean cotton.
