Great buy!
It was super easy to install, looks great. You can tell the materials are cheaply made but it's also a pretty cheaply priced fan so I think it performs and looks fantastic for the cost. It dims and has all sorts of cool buttons and features on the remote and is quiet. However the one thing I'm meh about is that at night if the fan is on the light will ever so softly glow. Which I found a bit irritating at first but eventually got used to. Overall I think the good outweigh the bad and would buy again.

A Red Wire?
I read some of the negative reviews and fortunately for me, they did not hold true. Install was easy, receiver fit tight, but it fit. It looks great and isn’t noisy. Pushes air in my bedroom like a boss. Remote options are sweet. It has an option where the light randomly turns on for 5-20 minutes to simulate home occupancy. The ONLY issue I had was that the wiring instructions were off on mine. It mentioned a red wire...didn’t have that. Luckily the pic in the manual helped me figure out which wire to use. Great price, great product.

Looks Amazing
Fan looks amazing in every area of my home. My family loves the looks and when people come over, they say wow the fans are amazing looking. The air is not amazing, but is good for me. I enjoy the breeze when they are turned on. But very quiet and not loud at all.Things that I don't like about it: The light is very dim and not bright at all. I guess the number of blades on the fans isn't pushing out the air. I normally have a 5 blade fans but this time I went for looks. 3 blades are pretty but not supper cooling. Choices that you make and now I know. That is the reason why I had given it a 4 star not 5.

Very nice fan with features
The installation is a bit tricky given the limited space to work with but it is doable with patience. This fan has variable nature mode to simulate a breeze. The light is fairly bright and a bit different than most fans but I like it. Cleanest looking fane design for the cost. Tip. When putting on the light kit.. make sure you screw it on even but not too tight to restrict the fans movement. It has to be even to ensure light cover is even when putting it on. Fan is quiet and compact.. modern looking

Not so bad, not so good
I got two of these and had them installed a couple of days ago on two small bedrooms, by a contractor. Here are the pros and cons so far:PROS:1- It operates relatively silent and displaces a good amount of air2- Does not wobble (disclaimer: it was installed with a short rod. Not sure how it would perform with a high ceiling and long rod)3- The remote control has some nice features that you don't see very often4- It can be reversed, was is good but not on the remote, what is bad. The reverse switch is on the motor assembly.CONS:1- THE MOST SIGNIFICANT ONE: The LED light is not bright enough. I cannot understand how some reviewers posted that it is very bright. I am using it on a small bedroom, increased the brightness to the maximum, but it is still not sufficient.2- To make it worse, the LED light kit does not seem to be replaceable. So, there is no way to upgrade the light to a brighter one, or in case of a defect. This is a very bad approach to the design.3- The canopy is small, what makes it more difficult to install the sensor for the remote. Again, bad design. If they had not been already installed, I would have returned them and ordered ones that had better lighting.

Looks nice but you will scream installing it.
So I am one of those guys that builds stuff.. Decks, sheds, background in roofing and general contacting. This thing is a poor design for installation. You have to run all the wires up through all the little covers and down rod just to have 3/8" clearance to put in the support pin that holds it all together. You will need a 2nd person. The screw holes are not well shaped and required some "elbow power". The blades are held on with the smallest screws I've ever seen. The manual is not a manual. it's a page and half of comments. I get it, its a fan and really not that hard. They chose to make this in the very cheapest way possible. I won't buy Honeywell again. I'll stick with Hunter. On top of all this the remote is not the remote that is pictured. This remote is cheaper and I'll be asking for some money back since the fan is already up. LED is bright has hell, so maybe 1 good thing.

Ceiling Fan
Love the look of this ceiling fan. The performance and lighting changes it does is great. Barely hear the noise and great airflow. The remote has speed control and light control which we love.

Fan-tastic with careful install
I don't usually write reviews but since this has some bad reviews I decided to share my experience. I've installed several ceiling fans in the past - this one only slightly more difficult because of the remote receiver - but read through the reviews for suggestions and it is not that difficult. It only fits in one way. Best advice was to assemble the whole thing (except lens cover) before climbing the ladder. As a 3 blade fan there is plenty of room to work and it isn't heavy. Looks great! Works great! Quiet and mine is perfectly balanced. Light is bright - or dim. Fan puts out plenty of air even with only 3 blades. I love it!
