Superb Marc.
The lighter and more elegant style of Marc de Champagne, as opposed to the more frequently encountered Marc de Bourgogne, shows up well in this example. Marc de Champagne can be very difficult to get hold of outside the region in which it is grown and the availability on Amazon of this example from one of Champagne's leading houses is a boon.
