194 168 LED Bulbs, T10 Wedge Super Bright 12V 2825 W5W 175 White License, Interior Map Dome Trunk Lights, 2835 8-SMD 6000K Xenon LED Lamps Replacement

The before/after photo says it all. But I'll say a bit more anyway. These are really nice and bright for my 2013 Prius V front DRLs (daytime running lights) or parking lights or whatever these little T10 bulb things are called. They are not quite as impressively bright in broad daylight as in these night shots, but still much brighter than stock. Left (driver) side took just a few minutes to install. Right (passenger) side required mostly undoing and moving the plastic radiator overflow tank out of the way. Probably could be done without that extra effort, but the angle is rather tricky on this car as it is not straight in but more like a 45 degree angle. Time will tell about longevity, but they've been fine now for a couple of months. One picture is a before/after shot with one side replaced. One picture is with only the new LED DRLs on. The other picture is with new DRLs and normal headlights on at the same time. Update: Just added more of these same LEDs for the upper map light in the Prius several months after upgrading the DRL's which are still working fine. Here is a before/after shot of that. The old map light bulb is waaay dimmer than the new, even dimmer in real life than it looks in the photo. Update 2024: one of the two DRL running lights just died after 3 years which isn't bad since we keep them on all the time whenever we drive. Will definitely be reordering.

LED's were supposed to be this end all for old school incandescent light bulbs. They were supposed to last a zillion year (slight exaggeration), use less energy, etc etc etc. The last set of license plate LED's I purchased were great... installed easy such as these... and were very bright... again... such as these. They lasted 11 months... sure they had a 1 year warranty... but... I would rather not install the same bulb for a 1 year life expectancy. Looking back at previous brands reviews... 1 year is actually pretty good. Hopefully... I can get several years out of this set... if not... i'll probably go back to incandescent bulbs for lighting that could warrant a traffic stop and possible violation. They do look great though! Car is a 2012 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 and I do not receive any CANBUS error with these... I don't even know if my car senses those bulbs or not... but there you go.

Super bright fades out nicely when turning off like the incandescent bulbs did. Nice very white light they is easily twice as bright as the oem bulbs. I installed on the interior dome lights in a mustang. These bulbs are a bit thicker than the incandescent lights when pushing into the socket. In fact, enough resistance that the clamps for the socket released and the sockets went into the light hub. Got on YouTube and found out how to safely remove the hub then insert the bulbs and reinstall the bulbs now in their sockets. Hub went back into place and looks perfect. Not to mention those bulbs won’t be coming out anytime soon. Very snug. This was in a 2019 mustang dome light and may be an issue with its equipment. Irreguardless, these bulbs are super nice, bright, and I am very happy with them.

It didn't work in one direction but it did in the other. Very bright as expected. One drawback, the trunk light casing has a metal support, which protects and supports a regular incandescent bulb, but in this case it served as a stopper for the much larger led bulb, stopping it from being securely seated. I used it anyways, but if it gets loose it may stop working and may require some rigging.

This is a great LED replacement for the 194 bulb found in a lot of automobiles. It fits small spaces like the license plate holder. A lot of other multi-LED replacements are often too tall to fit properly. This bulb fits perfectly and illuminates very well. Definitely will buy this again!

Edit: October 24,2022 - Still working great!! These bulbs are great. Once you change over to led, you'll never want to go back to the incandescent bulbs again. My license tag is very legible now. I am changing all of my bulbs over to led since seeing the difference! They have only been installed for a few days now but fingers crossed that they last a very long time with no issues! In the event that I do have a problem, I will update my review.

I bought a 2 pack and the difference is so dramatic I ordered more to finish the interior and the vanity lights. Really lights up the interior of my Colorado.

Edit: Alla offered a full refund based on this review (I didn't ask for a refund). Glad to see that some companies still care. These work great for a couple of months then start to flicker. Yea, I checked the contacts and they are clean. I also re-seated the bulbs and it didn’t help. This is the second set I’ve ordered thinking the first was a bad batch but they all suck. Don’t waste your money.

These LED bulbs have work excellent. I have them for my licence plates and front interior. Very bright, which I like!
