I'm not sure why trailer owners put up with the bottom quality of components that are offered by Lippert. In any other application, this would not be acceptable. Lippert applied such a high torque to the bottom two bolts that the metal housing is noticeably and permanently bent inward preventing both of the shackle arms from their intended movement. In addition, these two bolts, which by design are intended to rotate, are locked into place by such a high torque value. Attempted to talk to Lippert support without success.

It's hard to believe the difference in my camper after install, hardly know I'm towing a tt. Easy install, about 2 hours by myself. These will go on any camper I pull from here on out

Quality product, good welds. Not the size I needed, however, and Lippert Customer Service is poor - after giving the rep all requested information including measurements and serial numbers, I was told this item would fit my trailer.This equaflex is huge! Way bigger than existing hardware- maybe this would fit on a dump trailer or something.

Ready to upgrade my trailer suspension! These Equa-Flex equalizer hangers came in a day early! Opened up first box, then a second (stapled) box, then the damaged original box! To be quite honest, if you are sending used, defective parts at full price I will order from another company. These hangers are supposed to come with six, uninstalled Lippert never grease bushings. Nope. they came with "wet" bushings, already beat into place. The connection arms are to be free to articulate and move against the rubber bushings. One is bent in on both sides, so much that the arm will not move at all (see pictures). Not happy. Glad for Amazon's return policy, however. Two stars for that?

I installed this along with the Dexter Axle Flip kit and "Never Fail" hardware kit onto my trailer. The end result is an awesome looking trailer that rides a million times better than it did from the factory even though I gained 6 inches of ground clearance (I also installed 4K springs vs 3K that originally were on my trailer and sagging). I will try and post before and after photos. While driving highway speeds, the ride is super smooth, yet taught around corners. While drivIng around town to stores or fuel stations with high curbs, the suspension conforms perfectly and smooth without jolting my truck at all. I highly recommend over stationary equalizers.

Fairly easy install.

There were missing welds and weld spatter all over. The paint was also missing on parts.
