I’ll tell you what ~ the size of the chunks are perfect for chocolate chip cookies and the flavor is full and satisfying. My family loves my cookies using these chocolates.

Excellent Chocolate
I love this brand. They make quality chocolate products. The chocolate is perfect for cookies and the recipe on the package is fantastic. Almost a caramel flavor cookie. I do have to note, you will need two bags to make the cookies or chop up one bag. You will love them! happy baking!

Expensive chocolate chips for making expensive chocolate chip cookies
These are one of the two top chocolate chips rated in several reviews that I read. I got them to try to make the best chocolate chip cookies for a "company holiday bake off" at my sweetie's place of work. I didn't win but it was not the chips fault. They are pretty exceptional and actually do add a nice, high-end quality to cookies.
