This is our Perpetual Vogue brand Rock Star stage coat. The design is based on a British Army Coat design from the late 1700's with a Rocker Style edge to it. The fabric is a cotton blend brocade design in black and plum. It is fully lined in Purple Poly satin. It has a single vent in the back, two front pockets, fleur de lis design metal buttons on the front, collar and cuffs and ornamental braiding. The collar buttons down. The other buttons are ornamental only as the coat is not meant to button closed. This coat is heavy and beautifully made. It makes a great rocker stage coat or could be used as a theatrical piece for Victorian or Steampunk events. It will be a hit with the guys who previously ordered our Jimi Hendrix style stage coats that are no longer made. This coat is much more nicely made and is made here in the United States for us. Coat is shown with a black shirt under it in the photos, the shirt is not part of the coat. Sizing on this Stage Coat: Medium: Fits a 42/44 Chest, measures 19 1/2 inches across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam and is 36 inches long measured from the top front collar to the bottom. Large: Fits 44/46 Chest, measures 20 1/2 inches across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam and is 36 inches long measured from the top front collar to the bottom. XL: Fits 46/48 Chest, measures 21 1/2 inches across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam and is 37 inches long measured from the top front collar to the bottom. XXL: Fits 48/50 Chest, measures 23 inches across the back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam and is 37 inches long measured from the top front collar to the bottom. If you are concerned with sleeve length you can measure a coat or dress shirt you have to compare to the following. This is not the typical way to measure sleeve length but we find it to be the easiest way when trying to compare ( rather than measuring your actual arm and back). M
