Great mandolin at a great price
I've been playing guitar for years and wanted to branch out a bit. After some research, I landed on The Loar LM-310FE. I wanted to have to option to plug in and record of the mode struck and this little fellow for the bill.The instrument is lovely. Fit and finish is really very nice and, though I'm new to the mandolin, it is very playable so far.I've seen some complaints about the electronics, but the pickup on mine works beautifully and produces great time when run through either my Orange practice amp as well as the Scarlett 18i8 attached to my computer.For the price, I don't imagine I could find a better mandolin, so until further notice I'm all in for the LM-310FE!

Pickup didn't work
Pickup didn't work, intonation was off. Had to ship it to factory for repair delaying use of the instrument by 2 months. It still doesn't sound right. Unhappy
