It fits appropriately and is comfortable.
I ordered the Medium. The pants were slightly too long but I have slightly shorter legs anyway so perhaps I should have ordered the Medium short. Regardless, these scrubs are comfortable, I'm glad that they are not too baggy and not too tight. They fit appropriately, the elasticity is nice and the pockets are convenient.

Nice
Nice comfortable pants. They do run slim so if you like slim order to your size, if you like your scrub pants a little loose then order a size bigger.

You get what you pay for
After over 5 years I am having to replace 3 of 5 sets of these scrubs...5 years and the only issue I've had is normal wear and tear. 2 scrub tops the stitching was pulling loose due to confused patients pulling on the neckline. It was easy to throw some reinforcing stitches in the V and they held up well. The pants are great, plenty of pockets and double stitching. Plenty of flex in the groin and seat, which comes in handy when dealing with mobility. I usually keep scissors (that have an attachment carebiener on the handle) attached to the pocket and stowed. It took about 4 years to wear a small hole from the storage of the scissors. The color holds strong, even with weekly washing with HOT water.Would I buy this product again?Yes and I already have. These are not the cheapest scrubs you can purchase, but they last and hold up to some serious wear and tear.Highly recommend!

Runs big
I have a bigger lower body build and ordered the pants a size bigger in the waist than I probably needed to. I would say the waist isn't as big of an issue when you have the button, the tie strings and the ability to wear a belt. the length though is where you should order the size down from what you think you need. they run longer than what the size chart suggests for the "tall" style and you might end up with awkwardly long pants that hang really low if you go with the tall and you dont absolutely need them. other than the sizing I think they are great pants, comfy, stretch to fit well, stylish, great feel, and they are good for any healthcare worker who likes to have lots of things in their pockets as they are full sized and deep enough to keep things in there without having them fall out every time you move around

Really recommend the bottoms and the top.
Let's start off by saying these scrubs are great. Love em. They look great and they wick liquid well. When I first tried them on I love all of the pockets on both the bottoms (6) and the top (4). I love that they have a zipper, button, and the traditional draw strings for the perfect fit every day. On the first day I wore them in the ED we had a trauma with blood spilling everywhere landed on my legs and I was almost expecting it to run through and stain my legs but alas it wicked and came right off. I got the black pair and I honestly couldn't tell where the blood had been. I'm not sure what else I can say about this aside from the look great, they feel great, (love the dry fit, polyester (I think) feel) and I would recommend them to everyone. The one thing I'll point out is that the pants are a bit baggy at the ankles but I am a shorter guy, 5'7.

The length is long
These scrub pants fit great around the waist and they have loops for a belt. They do run long. I've bought 2 pairs and I've had to have them himmed up quite a bit, which really isn't a big deal. They are super comfy and look nice.

There are many things I love about this pants
Two years update:Can't believe these scrubs are still holding up after two years. Color still looks great. Stains like lipbalm do eventually wash off after a few rinses which is a lifesaver. Things I would change: wish the waist has more give/stretch and would replace the button with something slimmer/smaller. Would be much more comfortable. Otherwise, these are still my go-to daily scrubs.Original review July 2018:I finally found a worthy replacement for the Laudau ripstop that I have been using for years. I am male, 250lbs, 5'8".There are many things I love about this pants. I absolutely love the stretch to it. I feel I can be free range without worrying about ripping my pants. I am happy with the fabric, it hasn't faded and has a nice shade of color. One of the biggest issues I had with the landau ripstop was that it didn't last long due to the crotch/thigh area wearing out since I got big thighs. The Cherokee Infinity fabric has been holding up really well and I haven't seen any signs of thinning out just.Sizing compared to the Laudau, I had to get large for the Cherokee while I am medium is everything else. I felt it was a little snug around the thighs. While the stretch in the fabric could have accommodate it, I didn't want any snuggish. I went with the large and it has been fine. Additionally, I love that I can buy a "short" version since I'm normally 29/30 inches in regular pants. I always had to hem the Landau to make them fit better. The pockets on these things are good and useful. Back left pocket is missing though which I used often on the Landau but I adapted. The drawstring on this thing is hefty and thick. The zipper on one of my pants takes a little finnicking sometimes to zip but my other Cherokees zipped pretty smoothly. The pants have a weight to them that makes them feel quality like you often see it in women scrubs.I have tried quite a bit from various brands and I can say these are the best I have own. These are now my default scrubs.
