Bought as have given up trying to grow grass in my garden - its only small but have made it into separate areas and one was to be just grass but grass would not grow so decided to accept it was going to be dry dust/mud patch or covered by artificial grass been looking for artificial grass that would work as have dogs and read reviews on this product and decided to give it a try. Have met too many people that spent a fortune on artificial grass who were so disappointed once it arrived.Now its been down only two weeks and as yet no rain but gets wet from me watering my many plants and trees as everything is in pots large and small so have to water a lot.So easy to put down, ground is rough so just put weed barrier material down and have pots all round the edge. I had to cut it to go round whirly gig pole and thought that would be a problem but within a few days the cut sides were laying flat and you would never know there was a cut of about 12ins unless you look closely - ok pot at edge but that was enough to help it become flat.It feels so comfortable beneath our feet and dogs love it - they had a good sniff around it and it has become their favourite place to go potty but its so easy to clean up.The first couple of days it does look a very vivid green ( not unrealistic exactly just a bit brighter than your usual lawn but seen similar colour in nature) but after a few days of the blazing sun, it seems to be less vivid and more normal garden lawn looking.How it will stand up to our usual constant rain and cold winters I can only wait to find out but hoping this time next year I can come back and say how well it is doing.So far even with dogs trying to dig through it not one blade had come out and just as real grass if you put a chair on it and then move it hours later the grass is flattened - just like real grass and looks it as well but then it springs back and looks good.It's like walking on a lovely comfortable carpet just as a really good lawn does and considering the ground under it is still rough - have cleaned many tons of stones but sadly its stones all the way down and with the garden being on a steep slope any soil I put on gets washed down.I plan to buy more for areas that are covered in pots but still areas of bare earth to be seen and for under the trees where nothing grows just need to measure.So for now and hopefully in the future I am one very happy customer.

Nice product , blended colours gives real grass effect. Drains well due to holes in backing. Feels like grass to sit on. Dog is happy with it and it's easier to remove mess.than real grass. Can wash if needed.I laid this myself over turf using a weed membrane under and it's lovely . I've used more cobbles around the boarders now , so the edging doesn't look so sharp.

As I'm not a fan of artificial grass, I was a bit worried about how natural this would look! It does have a tiny mix of greens and a little bit of brown, dead-grass colour, and it's not too short. Only bought a small amount to cover a side of my garden pond which has a black vinyl liner on which nothing will grow (faces south and gets too hot). This covers it and blends in quite well.

Was disappointed with the look and feel, wasn’t as green as I thought it would be from the photo and thinner. I realise though you get what you pay for! The wrong size had been delivered by accident so I contacted the supplier T & A Upholstery Supplies Ltd. They were brilliant! Customer service fantastic. They apologised for mistake and when I said the grass wasn’t as I hoped they explained the differences in quality and I changed my order for the ‘Luxury’ grass for not much more money. It was delivered the next day and I’m so pleased with the quality and colour. Excellent product from a supplier I can highly recommend.

This was used to make natural looking paths around new ponds I have recently built in my garden. As the paths run very close to the water's edge, I wanted to avoid the risk of getting grass cuttings in the pools during mowing or strimming, but did not want more stone. The grass itself is very realistic indeed, and, in order to make it completely natural, I made a few random holes in it and planted real daisies, wild thyme and clover (easily trimmed with scissors once a fortnight). Time will tell if it wears well, but right now I am extremely pleased with the effect. So far, nobody else who has seen it has twigged that it is fake.

Ordered this partly based on so many positive reviews and excellent price. So pleased I did as it is a truly fabulous product. Easy to lay and looks really good. I can't think of any negatives regarding this grass. It is far superior to fake grass bought from local diy store which was much more expensive. It has transformed our back garden where ordinary turf simply doesn't grow. Highly recommend purchase you will not be disappointed. Delivery was excellent so what more could you ask for.

thought it might be cheap and nasty but took a chance glad I did everyone who sees it comments on how good it looks will be getting more for the other side of the garden as it looks so good. got another two rolls just finishes the garden off nicely would recormend it

After looking at a few different Astro Turf’s on Amazon, I finally settled on this one - and I am glad I did. It is very high quality, looks great and was fairly easy to cut (I used a pair of scissors - which I’ve probably now blunted!). It has good grips on the underside and I used it on my balcony. Due to the layout of my balcony, I did not secure it with anything. Thus far, it’s holding up really well in the wind!
