Nice comfy and well fitting shoes bought for a black tie event and now stowed away ready for the next one. I half expected these to be a little unforgiving but they were far from it. Being impressed by simple things, I was particularly pleased with the tie bag that each individual shoe comes in, preventing any unwanted scuffs while the shoes aren't in use

I wasn.t expecting much, but these shoes are good. They do have a bit of a strange smell, but after several wears the patent surface isn't chipping or flaking. They were comfortable to wear and dance in straight out of the box.

I am really impressed with these formal dress shoes for the price they look and feel fantastic! The quality is good and both shoes are packed in individual dust bags. I bought a pair of each design.

These shoes smell of tar/creosote. Worn once when purchased and have been in the shed since October as they would stink out the rest of my shoes in the house. Just checked and they still stink. Into the bin for these.

Dog had eaten my old pair and needed a pair quickly for an upcoming charity ball. Bargain price and next day delivery so arrived ion time.Were comfy to wear.

I too am well impressed with the quality on unpacking them. Perfect condition. Fits fantastic (size 8). Sole and heel look very good quality too. Am going to leave them to air overnight as the PU smell is quite overwhelming. Leather lined. I am Lionel Blair!

Shiny patent shoe for formal functions at a great price.Slight odour as mentioned in other reviews but went fairly quickly.Fit and comfort fine too.

Pen and inks a bit , but hoping they stop smelling like tar on the Cruise otherwise I shall toss them overboard !
