Ir works. But I should have read the dimensions more carefully
All my bad. I needed to oil change my UTV and had to get a head-on oil filter wrench. I have the usual side operating oil wrench but there was no room to use it.So I got this, making sure that it is, in fact, a 2.1/2” wrench—the same size as the oil filter. It is, in fact. What I didn’t look at was the size of the drive socket. So, when oil change time came and I tried to attach my 3/8” socket drive, I found this is 0.8”. Aargh. I said to myself “…you’re gonna need a bigger driver…”Happy ending: I was able to get a crescent wrench on the hex bolt so I was able to use the oil filter wrench to replace the oil filter so that was good. But I either need a bigger driver, a driver adapter, or I need to learn to read the entire specification before ordering.But it worked.

The Chinese need to figure it out, we use 3/8" drive around here.
