Is this 2 boxes? Or 1 box with 2 balls in it?

1 box with 2 balls in it. I have been using them for 1 1/2yrs and love them. The only thing they're not good at is really dirty cleaning towels/cloths.

Will they recharge if it's cloudy out? Or does it have to be sunny?

Dear Customer, Thank you for contacting us. It's completely fine while placing the Crystal Was balls out in a cloudy day. As the UV rays will penetrate through the clouds and will help with recharging your Crystal Wash balls. Leave them out for 2 to 3 hours. After the process is done. Place them back in your washing machine and wait till the next 30 washes for your next recharge cycle. Have a nice day. Juan M

Can we apply softener together with this balls?

Not sure what they recommend. I use vinegar in the softener dispenser. It's been just over a year and I love the results and I'm saving so much money!!!

FANTASTIC!!!

THESE ARE FANTASTIC!!! I have washed everything from dirty cleaning towels to delicate underwear and they come out clean and fresh smelling. I still use softener but I'm saving money on everything else. Would like to see them a bit more affordable. There are others that cost less. I would like better clarification on when to recharge in the sun...like the number of loads between charges? Can they be charged too much? For right now I am very excited and tell everyone I see about them .

best ever for you and your cloths!!!

i have used these now for over a year and have all my friends using them......from farm work cloths to running to everyday...these clean everything and with out harmful detergent......just remember to place in the sun at every few uses....it is almost magic how clean and fresh your laundry will be. Its amazing how great these work...DON'T get imitation cheep ones, NOT the same, i had a friend who did't want to spend the money and its wasn't worth it...she ended up getting this brand instead
