Yep! Fry an egg and sprinkle a little bit and you'll be in heaven. Lasts longer than other truffle salts I've tried, as they don't have a great shelf life and lose their potency fast.

If you were to try this salt I'm sure you would agree that it is thee most sensational tasting of all salt round the world. Two people now have asked me what spices I'm using on chicken with nothing but this salt and good pepper

Perfect finishing salt for fish and veggies
This salt has a bold crisp taste that I find perfect when cooking fish and vegetables and ground find is a nice finishing salt for meals. I keep this on hand just to give certain dishes that extra pop of flavor that only Black Lava Hawaiian Sea Salt can.

Key ingredient to Kalua pork
Makes amazing pulled pork with just this and liquid smoke. This is a key ingredient and makes a big difference in flavor.
