I'm going neutral on the review as we haven't had enough time to test it out. We'll update after we've had some time to use it.Had to purchase a separateextension cord that runs that type of plug. (Does not plug into regular outlet without it, even though their website says it does)The radio was scratched/dented but otherwise operational and its not visible. Their qa/qc missed this and it was boxed/sent this way.There is no backrest and mp3 shelf as pictured in the guide.No way to run the aux cord so you can leave your mp3/phone on the outside to avoid overheating it.

Golden Design makes a great sauna.
My sauna was delivered about a week later than it was supposed to. Probably because of bad weather. Not a problem because it was delivered in excellent condition. I was worried about the glass door maybe being broken but everything was protected so well. It was easy to put together. I did it myself but I should of had a helper. So far it is a great product and a great company to deal with. I am very happy.

easy to put together
This unit was easy to put together. Instructions were not that great but I put it together by myself, including moving the pieces from the garage in about 2.5 hours. Way less time then expected. Everything works and seems to be a solid unit. I turned it on to test and it seem to take a long time to heat up 30+ minutes; that is why they did not get 5 starts. Unit did not come with chair backs like others, I am trying to find out how to purchase them.
