Some of the trees in my new garden needed some pruning, that was clear even for me with no gardening skills. I decided to order these shears, not the cheapest neither the most expensive, a middle priced tool, middle sized too. They came early and I started with the easy ones, thin branch bushes, then going to the tricky ones, oversized trees.I can now say I'm an expert gardener. I really feel this tool has made things easier, they are light but strong, sharp and delicate, and they stood to the challenge I presented them with. A key part of my toolset these days, and definitively recommended.

Not fit for purpose by any stretch of the imagination. These are cheap and flimsy, incapable of cutting a twig, let alone a branch. It’s another example of overpriced rubbish being dumped on our markets. We believe the wording and description, but heavy duty and Professional are just meaningless words when it comes down to it.

I have been scratched to pieces every year chopping a wild rose that grew in a difficult to reach corner of my garden. A neighbour lent me her massive loppers but, being disabled, I couldn't even lift them. I saw these and thought for the price, I'd give them a go. So glad I did, after 10 years of been in awe of the inch long thorns on the wild rose, it was all in the bin in less than 10 mins. A great buy 😊

I did order this but it’s not the best tool for my tree. I should have ordered a telescopic anvil ratchet pruning tool and I will learn from that. It’s not going to waste any way, I have plants and bushes that need to be cut down. Don’t use it with branches over 8cm thickness. No it’s absolutely hopeless personally.
