LUMIMAN Smart LED Strip Lights, WiFi RGBW 1400 Lumens, 5m 16.4ft 5050 Waterproof, Compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant [Energy Class A++]

I've had a few LED light strips before but this is my first WiFi Smart LED set and honestly I'm considering replacing all my strips that don't have WiFi.They compare in brightness to my current strips and stick just as well to the surfaces you'd typically stick strips too. However the convenience of having them hooked up to Wifi and adjustable from an App is what makes these strips so much better. Gone is the cheap 44 button infrared remote control. All the colour settings are controlled from the App using sliders and colour wheels.The ability to set timers, group the LED strip with other LUMIMAN start lights, and use Alexa or Google to activate the lights with your voice really makes you feel like you're in Back to the Future.If I'm in need of more LED light stips this will be my go to option.

I got these for mounting behind my 65” TV and they really are great!! My only issue has been the corners. Obviously as these are a continuous strip, doing 90 degree turns isn’t great. I’d prefer to have had some angled connectors included so I could cut the strip to suit! The app is easy to use and I had it setup and integrated with Alexa in less than 2 minutes!

I bought this product initially as it said it was USB powered on the description, and that's the only power source I have available in the space where this was due to go. You can imagine my disappointment when I discovered it was mains and the voltage was too high to use with a USB safely!I have since checked the specifications on the page and it does specify mains, but this is much further down the page on my phone. A simple picture of a 3 pin plug would have been very clear.As this product is toward the more expensive end of those available there needs to be clear information, and not just at the bottom of the page.The lights themselves work, and I look forward to trying them out with my Echo, but I still have to find somewhere else to use them.If the seller updates the photos to include a picture of a 3 pin plug to show that it is clearly mains powered, and remove the part in the description about the power source being USB, then I will happily review the rating I have given.

cool product, easy to use, took me 2 minutes to have it paired and controlled from my phoneresponsiveness is high (barely can notice any delay from touch-on your phone and the lights turning on/off)nice app interface (it uses PlusMinus app)Notes:- it will require connection to wifi. best to have a separate network for those concerned about privacy (basically you allow the device on your network with no restrictions)- stickyness not tested as I will put them in some-not-yet-delivered aluminium profiles (will use some silicone anyway if need be)- unable to test any alexa assistant features as I don't have one yet

Overall I'm very pleased with the strip lamps. The only issue I had was when installing them on the back of my 65" TV, the strip had a habit of partially falling off. The solution was to add many adhesive clips from 3M, which I purchased separately.

I was a bit dubious in purchasing the led strip but already have the lumiman bulbs so took a punt and couldn’t be happier, really easy to setup and sync with iPhone app and Alexa, great customer support, I cut the excess strip off on the dotted line and it works perfectly, I fit the light to the back of my bed headboard firstly using 4 strips of wood double sided taped on then ran the light strip around the edges to make a rectangle... sets the bed off nicely, I also use 3 of the bulbs and they all work perfectly with Alexa, thanks will purchase again :-)

Would be 5 stars as these are perfect and easy to connect with alexa. But seem to have lost ever other led on the strip. Started off flickering then cut out completely

Product looks great and is exactly what I need. My only issue was the double sided tape only worked for a few days. Eventually I had to buy a stronger tape
