We had a little misunderstanding with the delivery day but all was resolved. They kept me informed of status and worked it out. My granddaughter loved the bike! Thank you very much.

Do not purchase! I purchased for my daughter and less than a month later, it’s broken. The companies customer service line isn’t open “due to covid” and doesn’t respond to emails. Purchase from another company.
