Creative Stage Air Portable and Compact Under-Monitor USB-Powered Soundbar for Computer, with Dual-Driver and Passive Radiator for Big Bass, Bluetooth and AUX-in, USB MP3, 6 Hours of Battery Life

I purchased Creative Soundbar, as I need a reasonably-priced speaker for my new desktop, and I don't like cheap-looking speakers. This one sits perfectly under my HP LCD monitor (see the picture), and the speaker looks good (I also like the blue/green LED lights). Looks much better than cheap speakers from (probably Chinese) brands that we never heard of. I know Creative, and indeed my MB has a Creative chip to take care of the sound, so I thought I can trust Creative in terms of quality. I think the speaker looks good, especially considering the price.This speaker is advertised as dual purpose of using with a desktop or taking it out as a portable speaker, since it has a battery. You can connect either with Bluetooth or usual Audio connector. I tried Bluetooth with my iPhone and I can play music in my iPhone without any problem. So I could take it out for a picnic, relying on its battery, if I want, although I am not sure if I ever do it. I basically use this as a desktop speaker, always powered, connected to desktop with an audio cable.Because it is also marketed as portable speaker, there is auto power off after 15 min of inactivity. This is inconvenient if you use the speaker with a desktop computer and want to leave the speaker on all the time. Every time you do not touch the computer for more than 15 min, you need to push the power button to turn the speaker on. Otherwise the speaker doesn't work. However, as some reviewer mentioned, I found Creative provides a firmware which disables auto power off. I installed it and now there is no longer auto power off. Well done Creative!Sound-wise, I am by no means an expert, but it sounds much better than your typical two-small speakers. Bass is much stronger, and I enjoy watching movies more with this speaker, than other (cheap) speakers I have. of course there's no comparison with my serious speakers in terms of sound quality, but for a speaker to be used with a desktop PC, with this price point, I am super happy.

No matter what kind of TV you have these are an immediate upgrade from your built in speakers. You can immediately tell the clarity of the audio vs native TV speakers.The connectivity options are amazing and its very easy to set up, it has ports for 3.5mm jacks, HDMI ARC if your tv supports it and if you have an older TV it comes with an included optical port and cable as well as USB C and Bluetooth options.The bass isn't extreme even at the highest setting but it is tasteful and enhances the sound stage well. Audio is very crisp and you can tune it for "surround sound" which just spreads out the EQ to mimic surround audio or you can choose clear dialogue or just leave it flat.It gets plenty loud with no distortion for room filling sound.Overall for the price it's excellent and id recommend spending no less than this for a sound setup for a TV as this is perfect and a great entry price and product for a starting setup

Separate remote is great. Good sound, ok base. Great price point. Better than Bose box, in my opinion.

I have to say these speakers sound great for my gaming set up. The speaker is currently under my 27” monitor. I absolutely love how you can adjust the bass and treble. What I don’t like is that the middle lights stay on. Wish they would turn off after a few seconds of not adjust the volume etc…other than that,these speakers are perfect for the price.

I bought this because I had an older model at work that was far superior. Big mistake. The volume control doesn't interface well with Windows 10, and it's a hassle. To the point of wondering what they were thinking. It doesn't stay connected and I have to keep going into Bluetooth devices and connecting.The battery does last a long time, and the sound is weak. But I'd spend 2x what I spent on this for one of the older model.It's a disappointment coming from Creative, and goes to show that new products aren't always an improvement.4-13-24 ETA: Performance continued to degrade. Bluetooth would stop connecting and it go to the point I had to reboot my Win 10 computer to get it to connect, and eventually I would have to remove it, reboot, and reinstall. It's not worth if for the poor output and poor quality.Any time I switched from Headphones to the Soundbar, I'd have to turn the volume up on the sound bag again. Apparently is a software volume control and resets every time I switch to another device.Big time suckage. I am going to replace it, but not with a Creative, which wasn't very creative.It's not worth the hassle.

I thought there'd be a little more bass output considering how big it was. That, alone, negated the main purpose of my purchase of this setup. It put out no more than soundbars with a small integrated sub.Loved the connectivity options and all worked great but it just wasn't better than my little 2-cube + powered sub setup I've had for 15+ years.Looked good and had ample volume.

I have Neighbours on two sides so I needed to pick the right system. This was an excellent choice. It has the base I was looking for with a beautiful complement of higher tones. It’s also a great size, compact and attractive. Sound : Price : aesthetics : Perfect! I’m quite proud of myself! 😁

I like this Creative Stage soundbar with a subwoofer. The package was delivered far earlier than expected and the soundbar seems to be very high quality as does the included subwoofer. I am currently playing audio files through the connected 3.5mm audio jack and the Bluetooth connection pairs excellently with my tablet and cell phone making sounds come to life and far better than the Logitech 2.1 speakers I was using. This works as a complete replacement and I don't need to connect to my TV, although a TV-arc cable is included for that said purpose. I have this sound bar connected directly to an audio port on my Windows 10 PC. The smaller LCD conveniently shows what audio source you are connected with and also displays the volume level when increased/decreased.The only drawback is the sound becomes very loud (particularly with movies not so much from the dialogue but from heavier bass thumps and such. Although this is by no means a completely negative it just means I have to lower the volume a little to not disturb my neighbours when the sound involves a lot of bass. Then just increase the volume to continue hearing the dialog which doesn't take much because the sound quality is excellent. Usually, I don't need to go above 20 on the Creative display (the display maximum shows level 35), and loudness/clarity is more than adequate.Overall I am pleasantly surprised by the high quality of this product. Creative products have always exceeded my expectations and this Stage soundbar is no exception, it rocks! Purchase this product with confidence and you will not be disappointed. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

No te vas a arrepentir, llevaba buscando éste producto por meses pero no estaba en Amazon de México, solo estaba el modelo versión 1, que también es bueno, pero yo quería el modelo versión 2. Cuando apareció por fin éste producto versión 2 aquí vi que tampoco era caro, incluso es más barato que en otros sitios, La batería es de mediana duración, tampoco la uso mucho, pero la batería es suficiente para mi, además, la puedes usar mientras se está cargando, yo la uso en mi PC, buscaba éste producto en concreto también por las medidas, ya que no dispongo de mucho espacio en mi escritorio y cabe perfectamente debajo de mi monitor, no suelo escuchar música a todo volumen, pero tiene un audio bastante potente, incluso la puedes usar en una fiesta. Tengo entendido que aún si se acaba la batería la puedes seguir usando conectándola a tu celular con un cable, como si fueran unos audífonos de cable. Muy buena calidad de construcción: Se me ha caído un par de veces y no se dañó ni las vocinas/sonido, ni la carcasa de afuera.

I bought this to replace the Creative 4.1 set connected to my computer in the den. I wanted the convenience of pairing my phone with it the times I want a little background music when doing non-computer stuff, and honestly, I really do not need surround sound there and would like to reclaim the space it occupies. When it arrived, I connected it to the computer in my bedroom to test it out. They blow my older Creative 2.0 speakers I have in this room out of the water. Clear, crisp sound and a powerful bass in such a relatively small package. I was listening to one particularly loud song but I could still make out the delicate "tink" of the high hat. Welp, I just ordered two more, once more for the den because this one is not leaving my bedroom, and another for my Chromebook in the living room. Creative, there is a reason why I continue buying your products going on three decades now!

Great little speaker, fits nicely under my monitor.Sounds excellent! Better than I expected and gets pretty loud too.Nice having the option of Bluetooth so I can put music on with my phone occasionally.
