Light, easy to use, love it
Love it. Really gets floors and surfaces clean, really light and easy to use. Brilliant. Handle feels slightly flimsy when using as floor Mop, but it doesn't seem to be a problem.

Don't purchase!
It's light easy to use, handle a little flimsy though! Now the water tank is leaking which shouldn't happen as only bought in Feb this year. So now have a very wet floor. Would not buy again...going to complain to Thane Direct UK and see what they say!!!

Very Poor PErformance
Handle is way too flimsy. I used my mop a handful of times but then it stopped generating steam so became useless. I asked the seller for help, they recommended I try using white vinegar which I did to no avail. When I told them it had not worked they said you're out of warranty so we cannot help. I was still in warranty when I first contacted them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT BUY FORM H20. What a waste of time and money!!

No Support
This product broke down on it's 3rd use. Have spent over an hour on the phone and still not resolved. Do not buy this item because there is no support. Was told to pour vinegar into the mop by the advisor - why?
