It comes with two battery packs and a USB charger adapter. That is a plus since that means that I can charge the batteries in my car USB ports, or I can use my phone USB power adapter. The controller requires 2 AA batteries that are not included.The Climber 4 X 4 has a 5 point multi-link independent suspension, so it adapts very well to all terrain, being rocks, slight sand/mud or dry pavement.The suspension is very close to what is common in real-world rock climbers, the rear and front drivetrains can articulate opposite from each other, while the vehicle remains level.There is only one speed forwards, or in reverse, this is not a progressive speed controller. Being a 4 X 4 reduces the turning radius of the vehicle; which is average for these RC’s.Power is good and gear reduction makes it very responsive during climbing.I took it apart to see how it is built, I found that it is well put together, and the electronic boards are high enough as not to get wet.However having RC’s cars before; I learned to remove the board, and clear coated al contacts before using it, in case the controller gets wet, the components will not short circuit.The packaging presentation is excellent, with all graphics and specificationS printed on a silky box.I tested it over rocks and dry pavement, but since it is a gif for my nephew I didn't want the jeep to get all muddy, eventually we will do so when he opens his gift.I took advantage and charge all batteries, and I included the AA batteries in the box, as for him not to be disappointed on Christmas day.I think that my nephew will be pleased this Christmas.I hope that this help, you look at the pics.

 Okay, this is an awesome car. I really like it. It isn't super fast, but that makes it great for driving indoors. It is great outdoors, too, because it has lots of suspension, huge tires, and four wheel drive, which allows it to drive over things and drive on most terrains. The plastic is very tough, so it won't break on you. The car comes with a mini screwdriver, which is for the battery pack compartment. Just some things you should know are: Don't use one battery right after the other, because you could over use the motor and burn it out. Wait about five or ten minutes before using another battery pack. Another thing you should know is you shouldn't charge a battery pack right after using it. If you do, there is a pretty high chance it will catch fire. Wait until a dead battery pack is cool to touch before you charge it. And when you charge the battery, charge it the full four hours, and six hours the first two times. If you only charge the battery pack for a little bit or not the full amount, it will affect the battery life. And make sure that when you are charging your battery, you plug the battery pack in all the way. One more thing you should know is: The battery takes four hours to charge, and six hours the first two times. But, the battery packs last 20-30 minutes each, which is a HUGE plus. One final thing to know is there is a trimmer on the chassis to make your car go straight. Drive your car around, and if it doesn't go completely straight, adjust the trimmer. I had trouble finding it from the instructions, so I will tell you where it is right now. Look at the first two tires. Flip the car over and look between the two tires on the motor. There should be an arrow you can twist. To get your car to go completely straight, twist the trimmer a few notches and drive it. If it makes it better, keep twisting it that direction. If it makes it worse, twist it the other direction. Once you know which direction to twist, keep twisting and driving until your car goes completely straight. So, BUY THIS CAR!!! But remember not to charge a battery right after using it, and remember not to use one battery right after the other. Hope this review helps!

I've been into RC trucks for some time. This is by far the best entry level truck I ever drove, Its for my 8 yr old grandson, but I had to test it out. I believe it is very well built and should last him tell next year when I will see what Sharkcool has to offer . He will love this Xmas gift for sure.The Extras. You fill out a short email and supply a copy of your review and they will send you 2 battery and another charger. This is great , you can charge 2 at a time then and play for an hours

 I was a little worried buying this online without seeing it first hand but went ahead and did.... it's just like it's described. It is a pretty nice little remote controlled vehicle.It's an extremely fun RC car that has no issues with pavement. It worked extremely well! Showed on the video.My child has been thoroughly playing with this for a few days now and I'm finding that this product is quite durable.Highly recommended for children.

I actually bought this toy car for my son but to my surprise..i couldn't stop driving with him..I am so impressed with the material used to build the car...its soft and harmless for babies...a lot of joy and happiness. Very good quality , big flexi wheels. Easy drives on a carpets or trampolines. I would strongly recommend the car to anyone.. Plus I can use it both indoor and outdoor..

This car is simply wonderful. I got it for my son to give to my husband for Christmas. You know the cute daddy gift from his 20 month old son. I couldn't have predicted how much BOTH of them love this car. First off THANK YOU to the company for including a second battery. Good grief this makes a HUGE difference in having continued fun with your product. Having a battery charging ready to be used is wonderful. This car is really well made. Both my son and my husband have run this car into everything and it still works. The controls are so easy to use. My 20 month old son can easily control it..... granted he needs help on the turns lol but it really is so easy. My son prefers to play with it rather than his toddler remote control car. All in all our whole family loves this stinking thing.
