This is a great temporary fix. Gap does open back up after a few hours without the band. This is not a permanent fix.

These are good bands I use as prevention on two teeth that are separating. It gently pulls them together and I feel it is effective as retainer type use while sleeping. These bands were not as light as some I’ve used in the past. They were thicker and I prefer the thinner band but they are just as effective. This is why i selected 4 stars vs 5.

Terrible. All they are is rubberbands that orthodentist use for braces. Sooo work good for braces or if you only have 2 teeth...you could yes move them closer together. Dont fit around teeth that have gaps but small ones

Item was not the size as indicated. To small hard to c!owe to reach gaped teeth

I ordered 1/8 heavy...I'm going to keep spending the extra money and buy from orthofill. I've had 3 in my mouth today, since I just got them this afternoon, but they've all snapped. These feel stronger, at first, but then break. Not work almost $20.

Well they are strong but they slide to the bottom of the theet and hurt my gum
