Houmous Halva Tahini
Used to make some tahini and Halva after developing a craving and realised it would be far cheaper to make it myself. Quality of seed seems very good overall. Flavour of tahini definitely improves after a day. I plan to make some houmous soon. I won't be buying Tahini again as making my own is much better value for money, and great taste.
