Firstly, when I got this, I thought I got a “USED” product because the black top had scratches.Reached out to Pykal and it turned out there was a transparent plastic film on the top of the Black part which needs to be removed…who wouldv’e thought?I did this and the top was now looking shiny. My advice would be that they put this in their instruction sheet.The Soap dispenser as you can see in the picture is sitting on my Kitchen sink.I love the spacious Sponge Holder caddy as it helps keep my kitchen clean and tidy.Have been using this with Dawn dishwashing soap and it works well but like with any other automatic soap dispenser, it must be diluted or it will be too slow to dispense.So far no complaints and I am happy but only time will tell..seems like the manufacturer stand by their product !!

I have only had the product for a few days but so far it’s working well.Pros: reasonable price, clean appearance, works, sponge basket comes out for cleaning.Cons: works ok for holding sponges and small brushes but larger brushes with 10”-12” handle will fall out or over. Not as effective for the bigger brushes. Footprint is large (as expected) which makes it more challenging to put on the back of a sink.Overall, for the price, it’s a good product and it looks just like the picture.Update:Now that I have had the product for a several weeks, I have lowered my review by one star. All my previous comments are still valid. I have been getting more an more frustrated with the ability of the sensor to pick up certain surfaces and brushes. I am using some OXO brushes with stainless and clear nylon bristles. Also a white OXO bottle brush with nylon bristles. The sensor will not trigger on them. I have to wave it around or use some other surface to make it dispense. It works fine on the sponges and dish rags, and hands, and most (not stainless or shiny aluminum) pots and pans if you slide one under it. But it refuses to work well on all the brushes I own and like... So -1 star. If you are a sponge user, it will not affect you. Still for the price, it is not a bad dispenser. Just wish it had a better sensor.P.S. I would have let this go, but contacted the seller, and they did not handle the feedback well. Tried to blame everything but the product, and to make excuses. Also, said that all the other dispensers do the same thing. This I know is not true because I have other dispensers that work just fine on these brushes, I have tested them just to see. They did offer a refund, but I decided to keep it... For the price, I feel like I can live with it till I find a better one.

To bad, I didn’t read the negative reviews before purchasing. I actually like the product, until I noticed when refilling the soap the first time that there is a crack in the valve and very hard to close. The company promise on their listing - 1-year warranty – this is totally misleading- I only used the product for one month. I have registered for their warranty, but when I emailed them to replace the valve, they told me to continue to use it and it is no big deal. I agree with another review that they don’t take care of you and the warranty is a trick to collect your email and after they put you to work (send them numerous emails, a description, picture…the answer is. Don’t bother to register for their warranty- a waste of time. All I wanted to replace my valve or the top to make it work, but instead waisted my time – should just return it. I gave them an opportunity to make it right, but they didn’t care about their customers.UPDATE: I was contacted by a customer service rep who read my review and sent me the replacement. It is important when a company makes it right, I think they are learning from their previous mistakes and taking care of customers now. I really appreciate them getting in touch with me and making sure I'm happy with the purchase, which is why they get 5 stars. Great customer service is so important!!

I over looked the blue color on the sponge caddy to get an all in one unit for my new white sink. I would much rather have all white. However the pump is not functioning well. The sensor barely acknowledges me and doesn't dispense in a long live stream well. The manufacturer says to dilute the soap which doesn't help that it simple doesn't work well and is quite noisy in the process. It's supposed to help me with out all the dancing under the sensor. My others soap dispenser doesn't give me this challenge. I'm not pleased and will give it another week before I return it.

Lily, the customer service manager, was super fast and extremely helpful in getting me a replacement soap dispenser because my other one got damaged during shipping. process was fast and smooth and she handled everything very timely. the soap dispenser holds up well, performs as indicated, and has long battery life and the storage is quite large too, to hold 4+ brushes and paste, and the other side can be for extras. all in all, i wanted a hygenic way for my kids to wash hands without touching things with their germs and this fit the bill and even they love watching it self dispense because the sensor is spot on. i have 1 in each bathroom and i am a happy person with their customer service and product. thank you very much!!

This is actually a really great product. Unfortunately, after a few weeks it stopped working and started leaking. I contacted the manufacturer and they asked me to either send a video of it not working or donate it and send them the receipt. All I asked for was a replacement that worked properly. I didn’t want a refund. After all that, we are returning this item and getting something else. Don’t waste your money, they don’t take care of you if there’s a problem, only give you tasks to do.
