Origins Easy Slider Pre-Shave Oil, 1.7 fl oz

Someone compared this to water...it is water soluble, which actually saves your blades. It rinses easily and does not need hot water to clear the blade. I shave my head as well as face, so I get quite a bit of use out of shaving products. You quickly learn that using hot water to rinse your razor will break the temper of the steel and dull the blades. Anything that saves a blade is tops in my book. Thanks to this oil, I get about 4-6 months out of a blade.

This pre-shave oil works great. I recently switched to a straight razor and the combination of that and this pre-shave oil have virtually eliminated razor burn and ingrown hairs. The scent is masculine, but not overwhelming. I would definitely recommend this oil whether you are using disposable blades or a straight razor.

This stuff is simply awesome! After over 22 years of daily shaving and trying a plethora of products, I finally stumbled across this product which is hands-down the best I've ever tried. The packaging could be improved to eliminate over usage of the product, but you can always dump it into an old "eye drop" bottle or something similar if you're concerned about wasting it.

Always use this oil

Great stuff! I use this and the Origins shave cream together for a close, irritation free shave. You can use this product alone, without cream, but I don't think it works as well.
